02 strict conditions of voluntary migrated SC-ST from one state to another for eligibility of SC-STs facility.
CONDITIONS
(1) There is a cutoff date of 1950 (i.e. the date of declaration of caste list of SC-STs) regarding inter state voluntary migration of SC-STs.
(2) The caste should be available spellingwise in new state.

The Rajasthan govt has already incuded "Vishnoi" in state govt list of OBCa serial no. 78 vide order no. F 11 (164) R&P/SJED/09/47032 jAIPUR DATED 25.08.2009 attached to this mail.This order & MP state list should be enclosed with the application/Questionnaire while applying for inclusion central list of OBCs.
