Dear Sir/Madam

My father working with Gujarat University as Sr clerk.

His annual gross income is 4,67,000/-.

His age is 55.

My mother is house wife.

My father don't have any income instead of his above mentioned salary.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE???

Please reply asap.

Dear,
No need to worry. Salary income is not included in the income criteria for creamy layer exclusion. Rs.4.5 lakh limit has no impact on any person earning salary income even more than that amount. If your father is not a Group A / Class I officer or Group B or Class II officer directly recruited to that cader you need not worry. If your parents earns income for sources other than salary / agricultural income more than Rs. 4.5 lakh, then only you need to worry. Whether Government of India is increasing it to Rs.9 lakh or Rs.12 lakh, it is immaterial. No one is extra benefited by all such moves.

sir my father income is 84000 per annum ...and the problem is he doesnt have his obc or any cast certificate can i apply for bc certificate,...plzzzzzzzzz give me suggestion..plzzzzzzzzzzz

You can apply for OBC (Cast certificate) at any time.

Documents Required for Caste Certificate: Maharashtra

Certificate will be issued normally within 15 days after submission of documents.

All documents should be attested.

03 Bonafide Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of Candidate. 1 Required Original

04 School leaving Certificate of Parent or Guardian -(e.g. Father, Uncle, Brother, Grand Father, Father's Sister, Cousin Brother, Cousin Uncle, Cousin Grandfather or Great Grandfather) or Village Form No. 14 1 Required Xerox(Attested)

05 Residence Proof (Ration Card /Rent / Maintenance Receipt / Landline Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill) 1 Required Xerox(Attested)

06 Affidavit in Prescribed Format

a) All submitted documents with their details should be mentioned in Affidavit.

b) Any mistake in Name/Surname should be mentioned in detail with reasons in Affidavit.

c) If Caste proof is of Grand Father/Great Grand Father/Cousin Uncle/Cousin Brother/Cousin Grand Father, etc. then Family Tree should be mentioned in Affidavit. 1 Required Original

07 Caste Certificate of Parents i.e. Father/Grandfather/Aunty (Father's Sister)/Uncle (Blood Relation). Please Note that the Caste Certificate should have been issued by Competent Authority or Caste Validity Certificate issued by Caste Scrutiny Committee/ Village No.14, Service Book relevant page extract copy where caste is mentioned. 1 Required Xerox(Attested)

08 Residential proof for SC-
10-08-1950, for VJ/NT-21-11-1961 & for OBC & SBC- 21-10-1967 1 Required Xerox(Attested)
